Temple Trip

Saturday our Stake held it’s first ever {or at least first in a really long time} Sister’s Temple Trip. They started planning it a year ago, and originally reserved one bus for us. They ended up needing three buses, and there was a waiting list of sisters who wanted to attend. Ben suggested that I drive up instead of riding on a bus for four hours! {Smart man!} So that’s what I did. {Even though I hate driving!} I convinced some of my friends to come, and it turned out to be a really fun trip! :)

The temple was as beautiful as ever! And the weather was per-fect!

The best part of not riding on the bus? Stopping for dinner!

Yummy Olive Garden! Mmm…soup, salad, and breadsticks. You can’t go wrong with that!

 

I love these girls! It was a blast! I’m so glad they decided to ride up with me. Otherwise it would have been a MUCH longer drive!

I wish the temple was closer! {It’s a 3-4 hour drive depending on traffic. Sometimes it can take much longer! Today was a good day!} Butttt……we wouldn’t have 8 hours to spend together in a car. We don’t want to miss out on that!
