{warning….picture overload!!!}
Apparently, we Lineberry’s know how to have a birthday! We have a Pre-Celebration, Birth-DAY Celebration, and a Post-Celebration! No joke! For some reason, we can’t just get it over with in a couple of hours—we like to prolong your birthday as long as possible! But, who’s complaining?
Since Ben had to work on Parker’s official birthday, instead of having his party that night, Mamaw and Papaw took me and the kids and Ester out for dinner. Parker chose the place: Outback! Yummy! Parker was adamant that he wanted a hamburger, and Preston wanted chicken fingers.
Birthday Boy with his balloons!

Who’s having a Birthday? This guy!!!
On Saturday we had Parker’s “Birthday Party.” You wouldn’t know how many times I had to explain to Parker when his actual Birthday was, and when his party was. He was just excited to open presents!
We had a Primary Activity in the morning {Which Parker said was the “Best activity EVER!} And then we went to lunch at Jason’s Deli {Parker’s choice once again}
The girly girl getting all dolled up!
We then headed down to the bowling ally. It was a blast. The kids and grownups both enjoyed this time! We need to do it more often. {If it wasn’t so dang expensive! Seriously!}
I love this next sequence of pictures. Parker cracks me up!
Preston bowling…he much rather would have kicked the ball down the lane
Bowling can be so exhausting!!!
Preston wanted to take his shoes home with him!
Checking out his gift from Ester—Pistols
His “pop” gun. {that doesn’t actually “pop” but he doesn’t care. These are the first guns he’s been allowed to play with!}
I can’t believe my boy is already five years old! He is growing up way too fast. He’s super excited to now be old enough to play with guns. Silly boy!
LOL! LOVE those bowling pictures! Our boys got 'dart guns' for Christmas and today Ryan and I had a 'shooting match' from one end of the apartment to the other...HILARIOUS!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh....they grow up so fast!
Such a great celebration for Parker. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt was one of the best celebrations ever. I can't wait until the next one. Birth of Baby ?????? and then Kate's birthday...the party's never end.
ReplyDeleteSo much fun ALL the time.
OOXX,
Mom
