When Life Gives You Lemons……

What do you do? You make lemonade. And lemon drop cookies. And oatmeal lemon cookies. And “really good pasta” with fresh squeezed lemon. And lemon cupcakes. And salad with lemon vinaigrette. You get the idea.

We had our Quarterly Relief Society Meeting tonight. The theme was “When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Lemonade. Celebrating the SWEETNESS that come from being a member of the Relief Society.”

I am exhausted. Ex.haust.ed. It’s been a long day. And Parleigh is wide awake. So, for your viewing pleasure, the cultural hall all decorated…ready for a social! :)

  7. I was at the wrong place last night. I did manage to get a few cookies that did not make it to the plater.I have to say they were wonderful. I love all your pictures...How are you going to top this one. I bet I had more fun than you...that is until you got home and I was busted for not having the children in bed :(

  8. Kate, it all turned out beautiful, but you already knew that. I'm glad you took pictures, and that you have a nice camera that makes you want to take pictures of all the fun stuff you come up with. Were you happy with how the cupcakes turned out? Love the yellow striped straws! And the lemon in the drinking water! Anyways, it looks beautiful. Great job. I know you spent a lot of time putting it together. I hope the women in the ward appreciate the hard work and dedication you put into all the events you plan. Love ya!
