On the Brain

Tonight, as I climbed up to the top bunk to say goodnight to Preston and sing him a song, he says to me, “I thought you were a 12-point buck, Mom!” Okay……where did that come from? I guess that’s what happens when Ben tells them a hunting story just minutes before I came into the room.

During Sacrament meeting this afternoon, which, I might add, the children behaved themselves extremely well, Parker drew a picture for his Dad. He’s quite the little artist right now, and I should probably be scanning more of his artwork.

If you can’t tell what it is….
Dad is in the tree stand, with his bow and arrow shooting at two bucks. :)
Seriously, what 6 year old knows how to draw a tree stand, let alone knows what one is?
I wonder where he gets it from? These boys are “ate up” with hunting!
