want s’more?

Today was my dear friend’s daughter’s 5th birthday. {got that?} Since I’ve been really good at remembering things lately {I have a bad habit of forgetting EVERYTHING!} I decided to try and make her day just a little bit more special {and sweeter!} What 5 year old wouldn’t want a s’mores cupcake? Heck, what adult wouldn’t want a s’mores cupcake? Come to find out, the birthday girl LOVES s’mores! Score!
I combined my cupcake from 2 different sources. Annie’s Eats {as always!} and a new favorite site Your Cup of Cake.
A homemade chocolate cake with a marshmallow filling with a graham cracker buttercream frosting, topped with marshmallows and a Hershey's chocolate bar. Yummo!

The cupcakes are now gone. I took a dozen to the birthday girl, and the other dozen to the fire station. I’m so glad they were enjoyed!

    Yep! My daughter was the lucky birthday girl! And she LOVED these yummy cupcakes! They were heaven in a cupcake wrapper! Seriously to die for!!!
