I ♥ Baby Tailyn!!

About a month ago, my sister-in-law came to visit. It was so much fun to see her again, and to meet my new little niece! The boys absolutely loved baby Cailyn, or as Preston says, "Baby Tailyn". Preston could not get enough of her. He was always hugging her, kissing her, and talking about her. "I love baby Tailyn." "Kiss baby Tailyn?" "Love her!"


Preston was so sad when they had to leave! He keeps asking, " See baby Tailyn?"

For Thanksgiving we are going to Peggy's house to visit. Parker is excited to go see the deer {because his Aunt Peggy told him 2 years ago that deer come into their backyard}, and Preston is excited to see baby Tailyn {because Peggy's daughter's name is Emily, and Pres can't quite differentiate between "Aunt" Emily and "Cousin" Emily!"}. I keep trying to tell him, and he gets upset if I say that baby Cailyn won't be there! I'm sure he will remember who cousin Emily is right away and have a BLAST with her!

Ben's friend gave Paisley a baby doll for her birthday. Right when Preston saw it, he said, "Baby Tailyn?" I guess he has taken ownership of it, and she is now officially named "Baby Tailyn." {We probably should call her Cailyn, but oh well! Sorry, Emily!} I overheard Parker and Preston playing the other day:

Parker: Do you want to give her a shower, Pres?

Preston: Yes. Shower.

Parker: Let's take her to the store.

Preston: Baby Tailyn. Store.

Parker: Do you what to nurse her?

Preston: No

Parker: Do you want to feed her?

Preston: Yes.

It is way too cute! Emily, we miss you! You need to come visit us again!
