fall {harvest}

The week before Halloween, we traveled out to the country to go pick "punkins" {as Preston calls them.} It was an absolute beautiful day, aside from the wind and the humidity. The punkins were grown in the field, not just hauled in and set in rows like the previous punkin patch we have gone to. The boys loved finding their perfect punkins. We were even able to ride on a hay ride.....after waiting in line for at least an hour! It was well worth the wait. {Though Parker was a little disappointed that the whole wagon wasn't filled with hay.}
