WARNING!!!! VERY AMUSING PHOTOS.....

and I can't believe I am posting them. But there is a method to my madness. Today is my birthday, and I happened to be digging through old photos, and came across these from one of my birthdays. I'm not sure if it was my 12th or 13th birthday (Pam and Penny help me out here....), Beth and Chad came and picked us up and we drove to Jackson. We saw a moose, who had been hit, (who was also peeing. Okay, so the things you remember!).We also stopped and got "square ice cream cones." Bubble gum, of course! I think Chad is still disappointed that the scoop was square, not the cone!!!

I can't believe how young we look. How fast time flies....

  2. Kate!!! I can't believe you posted those pictures! I look terrible. I think it was your thirteenth birthday, but don't quote me on that. It might actually have been 12th, since Penny and I got to go on a drive w/mom and dad for our 12th birthday, so maybe that was the reason for the ride for you ~shrug~ don't know. Anyways, happy birthday, little sis. Hope it was great.

    Love,
    Pam

  5. Kate, we think the year was 1996, I have another photo from that same trip that dates it for us. I think what happened was that Chad and I came over to show off my engagement ring, and because it was your birthday, we took you for a ride. And just so you know, we have the same first picture on my tv center so the whole world can see my totally awesome three younger sisters!

  6. Oh, no, Beth! On your tv center? I know I am your totally awesome youngest sister, but still! :) We are looking pretty dang goofy. And actually, come to think of it....the shirt I was wearing was yours...and I absolutely LOVED it!

  7. I think Penny is wearing one of my shirts also...what is it with large families and sharing of clothes? Oh well, that's life, I'm still sharing clothes with Mom and I never would have done that as a teenager, but now, I think her clothes are kind of cool. Is that just sad or what?
