Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad, Day! That pretty much sums up my day today. I don't know why naptime has to be a constant battle...but it is. Preston is crying so Parker won't take a nap.I finally get Preston asleep, and Parker refuses to take a nap. Then Parker is crying. And Preston wakes up from his nap, early, and then Parker and Preston are BOTH cranky because neither of them get a nap. Errgg! And it only 3 o'clock!
But....I was able to try out a new recipe! It actually turned out pretty yummy, too! I got the recipe from Beth almost 2 years ago, and never tried it...and thought today would be the day. (go figure.) Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies. And come to find out, I don't think she has EVER made them! But, I doctored them up a bit with frosting, and they do taste pretty yummy. One word, foamy. How can a cookie taste foamy? I don't know, but this one does. But in a good way.
