It is unbelievable how fast they are moving along. I am hoping that this pace continues through this whole process!
Today they worked on the garage, and we had an inspection on the box for the house. We got the a-ok, so they went ahead and finish most of the floor.

Our spacious crawl space. I guess when Ben and Benjie are the ones who have to crawl under the house for the HVAC, we might as well make it big enough!!
In the original house plans we were supposed to just have a pull down staircase in the garage. The framer convinced us that it would be much better to have a staircase. Good choice!
