holiday {baking}

Last night I went to my mother-in-laws to bake up some holiday treats for our friends and neighbors. She has a convection oven, which makes baking a snap! Otherwise, instead of the 4 1/2 hours we spent baking, it would have been at least 8 hours! It's so nice being able to make up 5 trays of cookie dough, and being able to bake them all at once! But, with that being said, I feel like I have been ran over by a train this morning! I am extremely exhausted! Who would have thought?

What did we make?
Chocolate Covered Cherries
Oatmeal Cookies
Black Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Snowball Cookies
Snickerdoodles
Brownies

  2. Oh, man. What I would give for a convection oven! I DID spend 8 hours baking over the last two days...and I'm beat!

    Love the fun treats you made! Too bad we aren't neighbors. LOL!
