groundbreaking

Yesterday we were able to go the Groundbreaking ceremony for our new church building! That's right...we're are FINALLY going to have a new building! We are super excited. It is literally right down the road from us. {If there were better sidewalks, I'm sure we could ride our bikes there!} And, we won't be sharing the building with 2 other wards...just one!

It was somewhat chilly outside...but considering it was at least 10 degrees cooler the previous 3 or 4 days, 40 degrees felt pretty good! The boys were super excited to use the "golden" shovel to help break the ground for our building.

Now, it will be just another year, and we will get to attend the Dedication! How exciting!

He said the ground was too hard!

  1. That's so cool! I know you guys are excited about it. Maybe they'll upgrade the sidewalks someday. It would be awesome to be able to bike, huh? :)

Love the kids' coats, btw. And the boys' hats! :)

    Love,
