{3 lbs of sugar} later....

My friend, Jen, invited me 2 years ago to make gingerbread houses with her. And so the tradition began. This is the first year doing it with Ben and the kids. I don't know who had more fun, Ben, or the kids! Even Benji, aka Papaw came over to help! :) I missed Jen this year, but I am so glad she introduced me to this FUN tradition.

    You did it! They turned out too cute-a village, so fun! I was thinking of you when I built mine this year-missed you too. What a good job! and love the snowman.

    Ben did a good job on his house!! I am impressed. I don't think I have ever made a gingerbread house...sad. Paisley is so cute! I can't wait to hold her :) 1 week to go!!!

    You guys did such a great Job!! What a fun idea to do. We might have to start doing that for FHE once right before Christmas! Your village looks good:) And Paisley is ADORABLE

    How fun!!!

    What 'recipie" did you use for the frosting...I need a good frosting that will harden...mine doesn't. Would you mind emailing me the recipe or 'what you throw in'?? I'd love to try this fun activity with my boys...if you get a minute anyways. :)

    Loved loved loved the pics! We did graham cracker houses last yere. they are cute! The big one that Ben did, was that homemade gingerbread? If so, kudo's! I can't keep buying the kit every year cause the house does look the same! :) But your houses were way cute and I'm taking Ben's side, the houses you did do look like Easter houses, BUT..... They are adorable! ha ha ha! ;)
