Pam and I schemed together, and we planned for me to come out and visit and go to my brother-in-law’s retirement and my nephew’s wedding. Well, it worked. It was SO much fun to surprise everyone and get to hang out for a couple of days!!
Day 1: My luggage was lost, but that didn’t stop us from sightseeing!!
I missed the last day of school for the boys, but I was able to be there for Paisley’s end of school party, and I sat in for Preston’s kindergarten graduation practice. The kids had such amazing teachers! What a fun year!!

June technically started out with a birthday! I can’t believe it’s been 6 years since this little guy came into this world! He keeps us on our toes constantly. He has such a capacity to love, and also a mischievous side! We sure do love him!
We were getting ready when we heard a loud “boom” outside and then the power went out. Sure enough, a squirrel got “zapped.” What a perfect present for Preston!
